About the job

Our baby is currently 8 weeks old, and we (both parents) are returning to work on July 21. The days we need help are From now to July 18: Flexible, one or two days a week is fine. We want to give you a ramp up time while we are still at home. Hours can be flexible, half day or full day. Jul 21 to Sep: Babys grandparents are visiting, so we dont need you to be available 5 days a week. Exact number of days is flexible. 3 days a week would be ideal. Oct to Dec: Ideally, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Four days could work if five isn't possible. Jan to Mar, 2026: we hope to send our baby to day care during this time, exact schedule is not clear currently. We may switch to part time. Key Responsibilities include Daily care (diaper change, feeding, etc), Development (age-appropriate play, etc), and Parental partnership (advising, etc).
